LUCAMA, NC – Saturday night promises to be one of the most exciting nights of the year in Wilson County, North Carolina as Southern National Motorsports Park is set to host its Monster Truck show.
The Monster Trucks are the headline act, performing stunts several times during the night. The Monster Trucks are not the only show in town. Along with the Monster Trucks, Southern National Motorsports Park is playing host to a US Legends Cars/INEX National Qualifier race for Legends cars and Bandolero cars with the Legends race paying $1,000 to win. The U-CAR class is also in action with a large field expected to chase a bounty placed on the dominant Toyota Celicas.
There is already a lot of anticipation for what will be the biggest night of the year at Southern National Motorsports Park as thousands are ready to congregate on the 4/10-mile track located just outside of Kenly, North Carolina. Monster Trucks are always a favorite with youths and the show will be a fun time for families.
Four Monster Trucks will be performing stunts. The Equalizer, Red Solo Truck, Hurricane Force and Storm Damage are all ready to inflict a tsunami of destruction in the infield of Southern National Motorsports Park while thrilling fans.
In addition to on-track activities, Southern National Motorsports Park has the “Red Rock” Monster Truck on site for kids to ride in leading up to the show. Southern National Motorsports Park also has an arcade and a playground on site just behind the main frontstretch grandstand for kids to play videogames and have fun.
Be sure to join Southern National for the Monster Truck show on Saturday night, August 15th. Tickets are $20 for adults, $10 for kids ages 6-10 with kids five and under admitted free.
