LUCAMA, NC – Southern National Motorsports Park will host an INEX National Qualifier as part of the Monster Truck show on Saturday night, August 15th.
The race is important for Legends and Bandolero drivers in the region hoping to win a national championship in INEX/US Legends Cars competition. A driver with national championship hopes must win at least one national qualifier race on top of 19 wins.
“We want to become a home place for the Legends and Bandoleros in Eastern North Carolina,” said track promoter Langley Austin. “We already have the best car counts in both INEX divisions and I think we can grow that even more. This National Qualifier for both divisions will be huge for our competitors.
The Southern National Motorsports Park U-CAR division will also be in action in the event which will be headlined by the stunts of four Monster Trucks, Equalizer, Red Solo Truck, Hurricane Force and Storm Damage.
“The national qualifier race will be on a night when we expect one of our biggest crowds with the Monster Trucks. That should make for an even better show with all the drivers energy levels amped up. It’ll be a big night for the Legends, Bandoleros and U-CAR teams.”
Tickets for the Monster Truck show and INEX National Qualifier are $20 for adults, $10 for kids ages 6-12 and kids five and under free.
