LUCAMA, NC – Southern National Motorsports Park will host its biggest event of the year on Saturday night when the Accent Imaging Day of Destruction takes place.
The Accent Imaging Day of Destruction has drawn heavy interest and is set to be the biggest spectator event of 2017 at Southern National Motorsports Park. All week, anticipation has built up as the track has been reconfigured to set the stage.
Saturday night’s Accent Imaging Day of Destruction is the first event of its kind to be run at Southern National since the track reopened in 2012. Competitors are expected to attend from different regions of North Carolina and from other states as well.
The Accent Imaging Day of Destruction will feature a 50 lap Enduro Race, a compact and a V8 Demolition Derby, Burnout competitions, truck tug of war, an appliance race, a flagpole race, a backwards race, a tire stack race and much more.
Canaan James will perform a concert during pre-race beginning at 4:30pm and the Red Rock Monster Truck will be giving rides prior to the action getting under way. Along with on track action, there will be a Halloween costume contest during an intermission.
The Inaugural Accent Imaging Day of Destruction will get underway at 6pm.
