LUCAMA, NC – Some of the biggest names in Open Wheel Modified racing will descend upon Southern National Motorsports Park on Saturday in the 24th Annual North-South Shootout.
Headlined by Tour Modifieds, the event will draw races from across the East Coast with 25 drivers registered to compete, including Ryan Newman, Burt Myers, Matt Hirschman, Brandon Ward, Luke Baldwin, Carson Loftin, and more.
Hirschman has won the North-South Shootout five consecutive seasons and will be eyeing a sixth.
20 cars have pre-registered for the 602 Modified race, including Burt Myers and Paulie Hartwig, who will both do double duty on Saturday, Riley Neal, Jeremy Gerstner, Brooklyn Newman and more.

The green flag will fly at 5:30pm on Saturday, with Legends, Chargers, Any Cars, and Vintage Modifieds & Sportsman also on the schedule along with the 125-lap Tour-Type Modified main event and 75-lap 602 Modified feature.
